Animal House

How do you derive form? In "Animal House," form follows chimera, where the chimera is an assembly of objects representing a fictional client. In this case the client is a reclusive scientist-farmer, and thus an assembly of objects including a trellis, pipettes, and a bitter melon were arranged to form a chimera representing the plan and section of the final home. This project shows that paper architecture is not required to follow any rules, while indicating that it perhaps should.
